Rajiv is a Halton Region resident and was interested in working for Parkview as he is family oriented and passionate about giving back to his community. His daughter used to be enrolled with Parkview so it was important for him to give back to an organization that provided her with early learning and development. Rajiv Luthra has over 10 years of financial experience gained at Ernst and Young and RGA, a global reinsurance company. In his current role as Director of Finance at RGA, he is responsible for financial and management reporting, financial controls, budgeting, planning and operational process re-engineering. Prior to this, Rajiv worked at Ernst and Young and provided audit and advisory services to large global companies.
Rajiv Luthra is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (CPA,CA). He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.

Maria is an Oakville resident and was interested in volunteering her time as a way of giving back to the community. Maria chose to volunteer at Parkview specifically because her daughter attends the before and after school program at Parkview’s newest St. Gregory the Great CES location.
After almost a quarter century in various positions at Standard & Poor’s and CBRS Inc., Maria works as a consultant advising on strategy, finance, credit and risk management. She also worked as a senior auditor for a large multi-national corporation. Maria holds a Master of Business Administration degree (Finance and International Business) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree, both from Concordia University in Montreal. She is co-author of the book “CBRS’s Guide to Conservative Fixed-Income Investing”.

Ariel is a Regulatory Affairs consultant for the pharmaceutic and biotech industries. In her role as a Senior Associate at Mapi Life Sciences Canada, Ariel provides her clients with strategic advice for the development and maintenance of products indicated to improve the health and wellbeing of patients around the world. Ariel regularly corresponds with global regulatory agencies, local authorities and physicians and has years of experience in assisting companies develop their therapies for rare diseases.
Ariel was raised with a strong sense of community. She volunteered her time as a member of her university’s medical first response unit and as a hospice care volunteer for the local community. Seeing a need for more volunteers, Ariel founded a hospice club geared to bring compassionate and enthusiastic university students into the palliative care community. Ariel is thrilled to volunteer her time for Parkview, which provides excellent programming for young children, including her own little boys.
Ariel holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. from Queen’s University, a Post-Graduate diploma in Regulatory Affairs from Humber and a RAC professional designation.

Lilian is a senior financial professional with over 15 years of experience of comprehensive finance experience in major corporations, where majority of them are Not for Profit organizations. She is a CPA, CMA and holds a Master’s degree in Economics. Lilian bought with her forte in Financial Planning and Analysis, Performance management, Data driven decision support to the Board and serves as Treasurer. A mother of two young children, Lilian is passionate about children and is a firm believer of giving back to the local community.

Liza Provenzano is Founder and CEO of SparkHR, a human resources firm that focuses on helping businesses to become more successful through the performance of aligned, capable and engaged teams. Liza is an experienced HR professional, bringing twenty years of practical HR perspectives and insights to the solutions that SparkHR offers clients. While Liza’s experience in various aspects of the HR profession is diverse, she has supported managers and executives in different types of workplaces such as manufacturing and production operations, warehouse and logistics environments as well as corporate groups. In addition, she has fulfilled the roles of both leader and manager, contributing as an executive of HR leadership teams and directing the work of other HR professionals.
With the depth of HR experience Liza brings to the table, she is able to work directly with business leaders to implement the HR actions needed to achieve their business plans.
SparkHR is a human resources company based in Mississauga, Ontario serving small and medium sized businesses in the Greater Toronto area.

Yossef El-Bromboly has more than 8 years of experience in Human Resources managing full talent management portfolio for a group of companies with more than 3000 Employees and across different industries . He has extensive experience in recruitment , learning and development , organizational development and talent management , he has been managing and working with diversified talented people across different countries .Yossef has bachelor of pharmacy ,MBA specialized in HR and different HR International certifications .Yossef had different positions at international NGO*s and Board of directors including President , Secretary general .

Mark began volunteering on the Parents as Partners committee member prior to becoming the Special Projects Director. He was inspired to be more involved by what he observed as a parent at the Orchard location: not only were his two daughters thriving in the classroom with amazing teachers and staff, but he also felt the culture of the organization was one he wanted to join.
Mark, a CPA, CMA who has worked for 15 years at RBC, is expanding his leadership capabilities through this position. At the same time, he has found a way to contribute to a highly-valued not-for- profit organization that directly benefits the community (and his family!). In his free time, outside of family time (where he builds forts, has dance parties and learns how to play dolls with his two girls), he enjoys playing hockey, reading and dominating his hockey fantasy pool or nerding it up with video games.

Antonietta Holmes is currently the Manager of Designated Early Childhood Educators at the Halton Catholic District School Board. Antonietta holds a degree in Child Studies and Psychology and is a registered member of the College of Early Childhood Educators. She has over 25 years experience in the early years field and is an active member on several community committees such as the Our Kids Early Years Network, Sheridan College Program Advisory Committee and the Evenstart Steering Committee.
Antonietta lives in Burlington with husband and two daughters. In her free time she enjoys hiking, gardening and reading.
